Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email bearandmoouk@gmail.com so we are able to come up with a solution. 

Please note that personalised items are non refundable and/or if the item is incorrect due to buyer mistakes when inputting personalised information, we are not liable to refund. However, if the error lies with Bear and Moo UK, we can offer a refund or a replacement product to be sent out if you are happy to do so.

Damaged items:

Again in the rare case that your item(s) appear to have been damaged in transit to you, we can offer replacement items, we just ask for a photo of the damage so we can asses it. If the item(s) are faulty, we will require the item(s) in question to be sent back to us so. All of our items are inspected prior to being packaged and sent out to you, so please bear in mind that it is more than likely down to the courier rather than faulty items.
